Great dive bar with outside food, live music stage, and Karaoke nights (live or backing tracks). Great bartenders. Lots of bikers during the day. Long hours: old school. Plenty of free parking. Strong drinks. Grungy bathrooms.

They don't serve food but they do have two places around there. They also have a taco person that comes in some days. I don't know exactly when their stuff is pretty good. Tacos.. they have a Chinese food place and then they have another place called something Island right next door which a lot of people go to always beezzy

best dive bar in the area. All the bar tenders are top notch and the drinks are reasonably priced. The crowd is what you'd expect at a dive bar and they are usually accepting of new people. Even hipsters are welcome! Mondays are karaoke, Tuesday is lingerie night, Wednesday is the best live band, and Thursdays are poker. Weekends you can always find kind people.

CJ Saloon was the perfect venue for ringing in the New Year. The bands were fantastic, with incredible energy from Shark in the Water and East Bay Soup Kitchen that kept the crowd buzzing all night. The bar staff were warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming, which made the experience even better. Hands down, one of my best New Year’s Eve celebrations! 🥳❤️

It’s hard to beat Saturday night at CJs with live Rock-n-Roll, dancing, affordable drinks, pool tables and a lively crowd and never a cover charge. AP Band played a wide range of metal hits tonight, lots of Metallica, very well performed. Awesome band. Ya, it’s a bit of a dive bar, but well planned with plenty of seating, nice stage area, bar section, and rear patio. It can get really loud at the stage, so bring plugs if you are trying to save what’s left of your hearing. No food served, but you are welcome to bring your own eats. Sometimes a taco vendor is near the patio. Good stuff. Update: giving them five stars now after playing both excellent pool tables, drinking from the supply of fresh ice water and plugging into the phone charger.
